20s and 30s are the era in a man’s life when he goes through a lot. Sometimes one goes through such a change that he does not even recognize the person he was at the start of his 20s. This way it will be easier to skip unhealthy meals and bring in good food into the body.

We are living in a technological revolution and we do not even realize but more than half of our day is spent staring at a screen. It can be a mobile, a computer or any other device which requires you to pay attention to the screen. This may not sound as an alarm right now. But as the time passes, our eyes lose their ability of staring at these for long time. There are strong blue light rays emitting from every screen which are really harmful for the human eye. Hence, for the health of the eye it has to be seen how much time on spends on screen and manage accordingly.
