To secure the delivery to Messrs Currie & Co., of the timber yet to arrive from the forest aforesaid, it is agreed that it shall take out passes for the same to be taken out at the Shwegyen Station of the Forest Department in the name of Messrs Currie & Co. It shall, if required by them, be marked with their mark through an advocate in Pakistan for partnership registration in Pakistan.

The said parties hereto of the first part should have no power to terminate or revoke the agency at this moment conferred on Messrs Currie & Co. without in the first place giving six months previous notice in writing of such their intention and fully satisfying all claims of the said Messrs Currie & Co. whether in respect of money advanced, or of liabilities undertaken, or of commission or interest accruing to them as such agents as aforesaid.

They are as a result of this empowered, firstly, to defray all costs and charges of such sales or sale, and, secondly, to deduct and pay themselves all such sum or Sums of money as may from time to time become due to them with their commission or brokerage at the rate aforesaid, and also with interest at the current bank rate.

 It shall be lawful through an advocate in Pakistan for partnership registration in Pakistan for the said Messrs Currie & Co. and they are at this moment empowered, in their discretion, to ship and dispatch for saving to some other market such timber as shall come into their possession, as such agents as aforesaid, and such shipment and dispatch shall be at the cost and charges of the parties hereto of the first part through an advocate in Pakistan for partnership registration in Pakistan.

Upon an adjustment of accounts between the parties hereto, the said Mirza Muhammad Ally Sherazee, Hajee Merza Hussain Sharazee, and Agha Mehedee Sherazee agree and bind themselves to pay to the said Messrs Currie & Co. such balance as maybe then found due to them, and to grant bills, payable three months after the date thereof, for the same and execute such other legal assurance as may be reasonably required; and as collateral security for such payment, and also to secure the performance by them of the articles hereinbefore contained, they now deposit with the said Messrs Currie & Co.

Donee:  Whoever being in any manner through advocate in Pakistan from a law firm in Lahore entrusted with property or with any dominion over the property in the capacity of a public servant or in the way of his business as a banker, merchant, factor, broker, attorney or agent, commits criminal breach of trust in respect of that property shall be penalized with transportation for life, or with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to ten years, and shall also be liable to fine" -- Pakistan Penal Code, section 409  As to acts committed by the donee in his capacity as an attorney under the Power, where Such Act is not unlawful, the donee may be relieved of criminal or civil liability through advocate in Pakistan from a law firm in Lahore because of the absence of the men's really necessary in many criminal offenses and the absence malice or the intention to injure necessary for many civil wrongs.
