Interested in sharing a portion of your present location with a friend or colleague? iPhone users have the Find My app, which allows them to share their location with their contacts as well as share their location with the rest of the world via the internet.
In contrast, if you have an Android smartphone, or if you need to share your real-time location with someone who does, Google Maps enables you to share your real-time location on a momentary or continuous basis with that individual. Here's all you need to do to get it up and running.
Please provide your geographic location
Using the Google Maps app, you must first enable the function that allows you to share your location data with others before you can begin sharing data. The screenshots below explain how to quickly share your location with someone else using percentages. Click on Location Sharing from the drop-down menu beneath your profile icon in the top-right nook of your screen.
A display will tell you of the functionality of the feature; the faucet will have a display. To share your current location with others, select Share region from the drop-down menu. A panel will appear with numerous options for sharing your location.

A shareable link will be generated as a result of selecting this option, allowing you to provide easy access to information in your local area. It is possible to select a specific touch to share your location with; however, there is no option to create a shared link while using this option.
Once you've shared your location with as many people as possible with as little as a single touch, tap Location sharing to get a list of the people who have received your location information. Turn off location sharing services manually if necessary
